Yes, the toon gig was good, always draws a canny crowd up there, lovely little cafe/venue. Nice to see Vini start the solo stuff with '18 Yrs of American Dreams'. The onstage banter between Bruce/Kier/Vini & crowd was warmhearted. |

Gig at the Cluny, Newcastle, was well attended and pretty good. Set ended in a squall of feedback - not exactly what I was expecting. Veered wildly between a shambles and utter genius. Bruce was incredible. He put in a truly amazing performance and seemed to enjoy himself a great deal. Keir's turn as a stand up went as well as could be expected... |
